4. Manage day-to-day activities and resolve any issues or delays.
Phase 4: Closing & Handover +
1. Oversee the commissioning process to ensure all systems and equipment function as required.
2. Coordinate final inspections, testing, and approvals.
3. Facilitate the handover process, ensuring the client receives all necessary documentation.
4. Provide post-handover support and ensure all financial settlements are completed
